Day 5 of Persian New Year series with the most important dish… Sabzi Polo! With my gorgeous mama ❤️ I had to repost our dish from last year because I can’t spend it with her this year to make it together 😭 It’s a herb rice we traditionally eat on Nowruz which is in a few days. It’s full of fresh herbs that smell and taste incredible!
