Canada's Steven Dubois exploded off the line Wednesday to grab the lead early in the men's 500-meter final and never looked back, winning his first gold and his second medal of these Winter Olympic Games.

Crosby left the Olympic quarterfinal with an injury early in the second period after taking multiple big hits. On one shift, Crosby took three big hits, and he eventually skated off while putting very little weight on his right leg.
